Iconographical Studies

No detailed iconographical studies of the most influential Fathers of Venezuelan and Latin American independence such as Simón Bolívar, Antonio José de Sucre and José Antonio Páez, had ever been done before Alfredo Boulton. The Boulton archives have guarded all the iconographical studies done in France, Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Perú, Bolivia and Ecuador, as well as, documents and notes employed by the author for his own iconographical studies.
